KeepIt Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the KeepIt mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), provided by TrackIt ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

KeepIt helps you review the photos and videos on your device, compare similar shots, and choose which to keep and which to delete. Its suggestions, including Smart Pick, are produced on your device. The App has no account system and does not store your photos or your decisions on our servers.

The App does not delete photos or videos automatically. Items you mark for deletion wait on a delete list until you choose to move them to the trash and confirm the operating system's prompt. Confirmed items go to Recently Deleted on iOS or the system trash on Android, where they can be recovered for the period your device allows (currently 30 days); once that trash is emptied, by you or by the system, they cannot be recovered through the App. Smart Pick and other suggestions are aids, not guarantees that a frame is the best one or that a photo is unneeded. You are responsible for reviewing your delete list before you confirm and for keeping backups of photos that matter to you.

Your photos and videos remain yours. The App only reads them, and changes your library when you ask it to: moving items to the trash after your confirmation, or saving the still photo of a Live Photo or motion photo as a new photo when you use that feature. Decisions, the delete list and settings are stored on your device; because we do not hold a copy, we cannot recover them if your device is lost or reset or the App is deleted.

The App can be used free of charge with certain limits (currently up to 50 photos moved to the trash per day). KeepIt Pro is an optional purchase that removes the daily limit and adds features such as accepting every Smart Pick at once, adding all screenshots to the delete list at once, keeping only the still photo of Live Photos or motion photos, filtering by album, month, date range or place, and additional theme colors. Features and limits of the free version and of Pro may change over time.

• The plans, periods and prices on offer are shown in the App before purchase. Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription, a one-time purchase, or both.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• You can restore a previous purchase from within the App.
• If Pro access ends, your photos, decisions and delete list are kept; the free limits apply again from then on.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, modify, circumvent purchase or licensing restrictions, or interfere with the App or its services, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.

The App, its design, content and software are owned by TrackIt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

The App uses third-party services, including Amplitude (analytics) and Adapty (purchases), as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.

These Terms are between you and TrackIt, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Support questions should be sent to trackit.tr@gmail.com. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. If you obtained the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its suggestions will be accurate, or that a particular amount of storage will be freed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackIt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of photos, videos or other data, including items you confirmed for deletion, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the App after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
